closeing a dispute

i am trying to close a dispute and it keeps telling me i have to log back in , but i am loged in what do i do? should i just call them?

Try clearing your browser cache / cookies, or even switching to a different browser to see if the issue persists. PayPal is notorious for browser cookie issues.
