Dear PayPal, 

I would buy something from Alibab.com, with shipping to shanghai, as it second address in PayPal Account.

The seller said the shipment address need to be the same as Paypal address.

So can you help me...!

If you don't have a registered alibaba account, just add the Shanghai shipping address during PayPal checkout as the Ship To address.  

If you have a registered alibaba account, change the mailing address to the Shanghai address first.  When you pay through PayPal, then add the Shanghai address during checkout.

If they want a confirmed address (which PayPal does not require anymore as long as it is attached to the payment), then you have no choice but to use your confirmed address.  

If alibaba do not accept it, then they will refund you I guess.

I have already Alibaba account, it's linked with my outlook email when trying to change address have no china or shanghai choose.
The address of Alibaba account is the same as outlook address...
So what I should do؟

Isn't it enough to write email address what I want to ship to when pay through PayPal

I am not understanding what Outlook has anything to do with it.

Outlook is an email/calendar program and you can generally use any email address to open an account at Alibaba/Aliexpress.  I cannot find any info about linking Outlook with Alibaba or Aliexpress and that it grabs contact info from your Outlook to use with Alibaba.

Set your billing address and multiple shipping addresses at Alibaba or Aliexpress account, then select the shipping address you want on your Alibaba/Aliexpress order and use the same shipping address when you pay with PayPal.
