... if someone i know sends me a .jpeg, that they print directly from the browser as soon as it presents, of the barcode that they've set up, may i take that over to my local CVS and get the attached funds loaded into my PayPal account. i'm asking this because of the cap on how much may be transfered PayPal-to-PayPal in one transaction and because of the grace period between transactions. thank you.
