 I most recently added another VISA ELECTRON card to my account, and I wanted to withdraw funds to that card but it turns out that PayPal has some errors and faults.

When I click on withdraw, and select the method to withdraw to my card, I select the funds I want to withdraw and click continue.

I only get an error saying "You cannot complete this transaction at this time"

Note!

My card is active and my account is verified.

 

Guys I would appreciate your help or the help of the staff of PayPal since I really need the money on my account.

I need an explanation why is this happening and tips how this can be solved.

I hope you guys can help me.

HI,
For second time this week I can't withdraw funds from my account. This message appears: "You cannot complete this transaction at this time."

3 days no response to my messages.
Day before Yesterday I called to customer service phone and and they fixed the problem. Today I'm getting same message and cannot withdraw funds. Can you please check what is the problem, because phone call to PayPal customer service cost me 10 $.

same here, same here, been messaging them for the  problem and they just sent me electronic reply . calling them cost me much so I hope this issue will resolve soon.

Its day 6 and the problem is stil there and NOBODY FROM PAYPAL is answering my messages! Nobody from Paypal is giving any answers here either!

Can we get someone to explain the situation, please?

I have funds, that I'm not allowed to withdraw...everyone would agree it is a nonsense.

 

So, once again...can we have anyone from Paypal resolving this situation and giving us any kind of explanation

regarding this problem.

UPDATE:

 

I have received an answer from customer support.

 

With a short explanation and some kind of a manual update of my profile, I was, in the end, able to complete the withdrawal transaction. I'm not sure if this will be the usuall way of withdrawal in the future, but for now thanks to Eleanor from customer support.
