I waited 8 days before I wrote to them over message center... I asked them to send me proof that my money was sent to the bank and the money was in the bank by the evening...I was preety hard on them in several messages. The next withdrawall took less than 4 days.

Hello everyone, hope someone can help me out of this nightmare!!! After a struggle I managed to withdraw $1000 of my paypal account to my VISA card. Interface has reported that the funds were withdrawn and took them from my balance but after 7 days I still have not received the money to my VISA card and people from the bank have no indication of any initiated transaction. Dear Paypal employes... can anyone be so kind to explain the issue or even do your magic manual tweaking, that all of us got use to in the past few months. I want to know where is my money and when will it be available to me? Thank you.

Well it seams to be working...paypal accepted my withdrawal and reduced the balance for the withdrawn summ. I just hope not to come into a problem that some are experiencing...withdraw funds but they never get to the card.... No bank statement needed...it is enough to see that paypal did a $1.00 test with your bank as soon as you add the visa card to your profile...so, the problem is not between the bank and Paypal...the lady from customer support told me that the system is automated and that it should verify your profile once you initiate the first withdrawal. As I wrote earlier, they did some kind of a manual update to my profile and it became active. I sent them a question if it is going to happen everytime a initiate a withdrawal request in the future...still waiting for the answer. Will update as soon as I get their answer...

Hey guys, I wrote to customer support using the HELP link on the Paypal website... Click HELP in the upper right corner > In the HELP TOPICS list choose My Money > Withdraw money from my account. Then choose Why did the withdrawal to my bank account fail? then you go and write the message explaining the situation. I got the response after 3 hours roughly. As I wrote before, they did some kind of a manual update to my profile and it started working... Hope this help you guys.

UPDATE: I have received an answer from customer support. With a short explanation and some kind of a manual update of my profile, I was, in the end, able to complete the withdrawal transaction. I'm not sure if this will be the usuall way of withdrawal in the future, but for now thanks to Eleanor from customer support.
