 I most recently added another VISA ELECTRON card to my account, and I wanted to withdraw funds to that card but it turns out that PayPal has some errors and faults.

When I click on withdraw, and select the method to withdraw to my card, I select the funds I want to withdraw and click continue.

I only get an error saying "You cannot complete this transaction at this time"

Note!

My card is active and my account is verified.

Guys I would appreciate your help or the help of the staff of PayPal since I really need the money on my account.

I need an explanation why is this happening and tips how this can be solved.

I hope you guys can help me.

You can't withdraw to a card in the US, you can only withdraw to a bank account linked to your paypal account.

Yes, I know that and I'm situated outside of U.S

But luckily for me PayPal staff helped me via Sercure Message Center, when I wanted to contact the staff.

It seems I was a part of anti-fraud program that they were developing for the good of the whole community, and my account was immediately refreshed and noted "secure".

I succesfully withdrew my funds.

A wonderful woman called Donna helped me and I'm very grateful for this kind of support. She answered in the matter of 2 hours since I sent the message.

5 DAYS I CAN WITHDRAW FUNDS TO VERUFIED CARD , GOOD STATEMENT ACCOUNT !

NO RECOMENDATIONS HELP , THEY DO NOTHING RESULTATIVE  , THOUGH PROMISE TO RESOLV !!

Hi, as I've stated before.

The staff helped me and were very generous.

Just contact the staff and I'm sure that they will look up to your account and ublock it if it is somehow blocked.

Hello, I have the same problem five days .On 11.23.2015 at 9.00 in the morning sent a message to Customer Support .So far no answer.

I also have the same problems for days.  I cannot withdraw due this: "You cannot complete this transaction at this time. If you are withdrawing to a prepaid card, the amount that you can withdraw might be different from your PayPal account withdrawal limit. For more information, contact your card issuer"

Regarding the above, i have an international verified visa card. I wrote to Paypal many times for days and i got nothing in return. I am still ignored.

I really hope Paypal will respect the obligations they established.
