Hi I opened a PayPal account yesterday so my friend could send me some money. Anyway she sent me the money around 4pm on the 16th march and I presumed the money would be in my bank account straight away! But a message came up saying I have to wait for it to be approved within 72hours. What is this!!! Last time I used PayPal it went straight in my bank within 2/3 hour... I need this money asap. Can someone explain to me why I have to wait 72 bloody hours. What do PayPal need to check? I'm VERY confused
