Alright, I followed all requests of Paypal although I knew that it is unnecessary. As I was assured, again, by the costumer support, I need to provide some kind of documents, so system could take off restriction but i knew it was unnecessary because my account was medium and I still could withdraw my funds. It was really easy to costumer support blame me and again not to do anything but just answer to my responses by email. I did everything, spent a lot money and effort to follow all rules, and as i expected, nothing changed and i still can not withdraw my funds. I am sure that next step will be to wait for 24 hour and 72 hour, and after that time i will not be able to withdraw again
