Withdrawal to card

Hi. I want to withdraw my USD funds from Swiss Paypal to my Swiss USD bank card. Can I do that or must the card be in CHF? Thanks.

In Sweden, you can only withdraw funds to local Swiss bank account in local currency or a US bank account.  You cannot withdraw to cards at all.

But I can't add any USD bank account or a bank account from USA.

PayPal don't allow withdraw to a card either in Switzerland.  Is the bank card linked to a bank account?
