The buyer is also a friend and no I'm not worried about not getting paypal protection or her claiming 'non-receipt'. She took an unexpected trip to Florida but won't be back home for 2 weeks, and the package can't be sitting in the heat in the mailbox at her original address for that long. I printed the label already but it's been over 48 hours. If I cross out her home addy and write in the Florida one, will it still eventually be sent to that new addy?
TIA!

Hello ArghFrustrated,
You can actually email PayPal with the transaction ID, date, and amount of the shipping label and they can request the label be voided on your behalf after the 48 hour window.
You would click on "Help & Contact" at the bottom of the PayPal homepage and click "Email Us". You would then log in, select PayPal and choose "Business solutions" and "Shipping" from the drop down menus. Fill in the previously provided information and send that off. If you initially receive an automated email, reply to that stating that your issue hasn't been resolved. You should hear back from a PayPal representative shortly afterwards.
Another option would be to refund that transaction with the incorrect address and send the customer an invoice. They will then be able to update their address to the desired address, which you can print the correct label for. This would also resolve this issue.
Of course, you can also purchase postage directly from the carrier as well.
I hope you found this information helpful. Thanks for reaching out to the PayPal Community forums!

Delivery point is recorded with the card and electronically scanning the printed label.
You need to print a label with the correct delivery address. So void the label to get a refund and then print one with correct address.

I thought we cannot void them if it has been over 48 hours?
