Why does Bancorp bank have my money and PayPal does not say on the automated line that it transferred my money to they account !
My money was transferred to Bancorp bank and not to my prepaid card and its been some time that they are holding my funds , I don't understand why the card holder have my funds ? and it wasn't transfered to my prepaid card ,,,,,,, someone please tell me how to get my money FROM BANCORP BANK PLEASE! ba
