When shipping a package sold on ebay or otherwise the shipping cost box shows a small discount with a corresponding total cost. Once I go to the summery page the cost of the UPS charge is the total before my discount. Why show me getting a discount if you don't intend on giving one. How long has this been doing on is hard too answer. Is anyone else found this little "ghostly" discount problem in their account? if so what gives and who did you contact for the info.
