newbie to paypal. I sent my email address to my sister in law and I got a text message saying that she had sent money (no email, though?). I clicked on the link and it said that the money was now in my account, but I don't see it anywhere. I have looked everywhere. Can someone please help? Does it take a few days? Did we do it wrong? I don't know if the money has left her account yet or not, but I have asked her.
We would need to know the status of the transaction on your sister's end - is it pending, unclaimed etc. ?? Check your PayPal account - do you have a record of the transaction in your Activity section ??
(In an idea situation - both the sender and receiver would have "verified" accounts. Doing so lifts any limits and reduces the chances of things that can happen like holds, reviews, etc.)
