I made a purchase on eBay from a company in the UK. I have attempted to pay a handful of times. Sometimes it said the payment went through, yet no confirmation. Other times I attempted I was told to use the payment method chosen by PayPal, yet nothing would happen or it would say "payment sent". Each and every time I attempted to pay either nothing happened or it said payment sent. No confirmation and no payment sent. Through PayPal resolution center - via eBay - each attempt was "denied". The seller says there were no attempts, no notifications, and nothing wrong on their end. I even attempted to pay using my credit card via PayPal and it still won't go through. All of my account info is correct and current. I can not cancel the item, I can't remove it from my basket and start over. Who do I contact about this?
