Hi, I've been using paypal for a while and this is the first time I had this problem. I just wanted to know where my money could've gone. I've purchased an in app purchase in google but it got declined even though paypal charged the amount needed for purchase in my bank account. There was no invoice given and no history of transaction in the activity telling you it was declined or something. I was wondering how I can tackle and fix this issue? Please help and Thank You. 🙂
other notes:
- I had two earlier transactions in google that worked and got an invoice but the third and fourth was declined by google and even though it was the right amount needed for purchase. This last the two transaction did not show up in the history/activity in paypal.
- I had to unlink my debit card at the moment to make sure I don't get charged again til this issue is resolved.

Any record of receiving the items you paid for in the apps?
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

The actual product. Ok, so you did not get your items but the charges went through.
Did you happen to pay as a PayPal guest with a debit card? PayPal guest transactions (not logging in at checkout) are not recorded in the PayPal history but the charges go through to your funding source and recorded there but you do get a receipt email from PayPal though. I take it you did not get a email receipt for the transactions either.
Hmmm, if not, you will need to call customer service about this glitch. This is user to user forums and we ultimately do not have access to peoples' accounts to deal with specific issues.
