My bank shows a $9 transaction from "WEB PAYPAL" today. I didn't make any such transaction, and it doesn't show up in PayPal, which is obviously concerning. Any idea what this charge might be or where it came from? Who do I need to contact to sort it out? My bank or PayPal?
Hi. I JUST entered a question today myself regarding the same situation. A charge on bstatement but not in paypal. You can try and contact them by choosing contact at the bottom of the paypal page and it will give you a one time passcode and phone number to call. Good luck. It is not easy to talk to a human being though but I did get to one once (i called 3 different times today). If they can't see it on their end then they say we should call the bank.
