i get this message, i have enough funds in my account and i want to send it to my frnd
Also my paypal account is uk account and i am currenlty in india for a few months is that the reason i am getting this issue , its not verified but i am sending money within the limits.
I am a seller and have just sold a item and the money is on my account but its stating it may be 21 days before i get the money i am not understanding this but i am expected to send the item. i thought that the money is suppose to clear the send item i am not trying to be **bleep**
Yes, I'm receiving the same error message. My account has been verified and the money is there.
Did anyone find a resolution to this problem yet? Is this common with Paypal? This my first encoutering this message. you would think Paypal would want to make money from the fees.
i have also this problem, i contact the paypal support and they say to clean the cookies, but nothing still not working i`m havin this problem for 2 weeks. i`m very sad because of this!
I have installed also mozila firefox browser and still don`t work!
i just sent some money through using the App on my android. but it wouldnt work online using the PC..... i was paying for a item i purchased though so dont know about sending money to family/friends
