i get this message, i have enough funds in my account and i want to send it to my frnd
Also my paypal account is uk account and i am currenlty in india for a few months is that the reason i am getting this issue , its not verified but i am sending money within the limits.
I got this issue today and switching to another browser worked for me. I normally use Chrome but I used Internet Explorer to make my transaction and it worked without any errors.
I'm not sure what's the error that's causing this but hope this helps someone.
This **bleep**!!!!! it happened to me three time already from both of my accounts especially when I am trying to pay vendors! I have verified, have sufficient funds and call and spoke to paypal bill me later the fraud department to clarify and still have the same problem! Please fix this not good for business.
So it isn't just me! I've had this problem nearly 2 weeks, I've tried buying, won auctions, and all of a sudden this won't go through! Paypals replies have been appaling, not helpful at all.

My account is verified, I checked with the bank (as Paypal replied saying it's a poblem on the banks side) and they said there's no reason the bank would stop me, it's all clear there. I've emailed Paypal 3 times now, and nothing has been helpful. This is an outrage, so many people rely on Paypal, and I now cannot use this method to pay people via Paypal, or even verify payments on purchses on ebay! Somebody please, any sort of resolution or response would be fine!
