I am Pakistani national, Pakistani's can open account form UAE. I have opened account form there for about a month or 2. It was working fine but all of a suden I was unable to send payments anymore. Then I called to paypal for resolution, they said we have limited your account due to the use of vpn, I have never used a vpn. They said change your password and security question and it will be fine. So I do.
But again the problem exisit with the same error massage. I called about the 4-5 times to resolve the issue they said there is no issue on their side.
My account is CC verified, I tried small transactions but non of them work. I tried to load my card it is working. But I cannot withdraw all money to my card as I load $10 to my card and I got about $6. something in there. So withdraw funds to my card is 😞
I have to pay my firend a sum of $400 try to send it my own it gives me error. He send me request for money still the same error.
It's been 3 weeks, I have to pay my firend living in america but unable to send him money 😞
