Voided USPS shipping label refund

I created a shipping label for the first time. But I accidently made two seperate labels. So I voided one on the 13th of July. It still says Refund Pending. But I still didn't get a refund yet. 
The tracking number on it went black like it cant be used so I know it was voided. How long does it take before you get a refund on a voided shipping label?

It will take weeks.  You could search information on USPS.com.

USPS waits to make sure the label did not get scanned into the system.
