I bid on and won the auction on: Singer Sewing machine feather weight TAN color. Checking payment method advertised on EBAY-AUCTION PAGE, I saw that PAY-PAL was accepted. I immediately paid for itme with PAY-PAL. That was before Christmas and this was to be a Christmas present for my wife.
The auction page said delivery on January 5, 2018. I printed the picture of the won item(s). Put that in a card and she opened to see her new featherweight she was delighted.
We left the next day on mini-Christmas trip and were gone until 12-30-17. Returning home I opened my winning bid to use the tracking number to see where the feather weight Singer machine was at that time... INSTEAD, I GET A MESSAGE STATING: Sale cancelled due to non payment.
4-phone calls to YESTERDAYS TREASURES in Michigan, ebay ID name > SUZIEFIELDS<, I discover she does not accept PAY-PAL, but still that appears on her bid page >>>> PAY-PAL PMT ACCEPTED.
We ironed out the problem for my purchase, I paid with credit card and received the item as advertised on 1-8-18.
BEWARE PEOPLE USING THE EBAY-STANDARD LOGO for payment on EBAY. Ask your seller before payment if indeed they do
accept PAY-PAL.
