Using Smart connect aspayment, but transactions are being denied

I've been using smart connect without issue for a long time now. Recently decided to try and make a purchase using smart connect on a mobile app and the transaction was denied. I tried emailing paypal and have yet to hear anything back. I tried again the next and it worked for one transaction but cancelled another and now it won't work at all.
