I have 19 dollars on my account, and I would like to use this money to connect to iTunes as my primary source of payment. When I try to log in, all I get is an error about Paypal being unable to set up preapproved payments (For the last 5 days). Then, I attempt to buy an iTunes card on Paypal gifts. I am also given an error about purchases being unavailable. I contact paypal support, and I am told that the security system is flagging my transactions and not allowing them to go through, and they are unable to do anything about this- not even the technical support team has permission to unflag my transactions. Everytime I try to make a transaction, they are flagged and not permitted to go through. Customer service is unable to do anything for me as they cannot unflag any transactions that I make, and paypal continues to flag every attempt I make to buy something. I believe that the cause might be that I have no transaction history and paypal is blocking my transactions for possible fraud because of this. It sucks because I have money that I am unable to use and customer service is unable to help me. Does anyone know what I can do
