Unable to withdraw fund to Asia United Bank (Philippines)

Hi guys, I keep on getting this error message whenever I attempt to withdraw my fund to my bank, "Sorry, but we need more information. Please withdraw money on our Classic site". I attempted to withdraw using the classic link but keeps on looping MULTIPLE times (endless). I have cleared the cache and cookies, used different browsers (from Google Chrome to Microsoft edge), I even used my paypal app on my iphone (says, "Denied due to risk") and still no good.

I have sent a message via customer service on Saturday PM (Philippine Standard time), it's Monday now and they keep sending me a template/ generic message on basics of withdrawing fund. I need to use the money ASAP to pay my bills.

It's not a good idea. Most people I know from Philippines have no issue with withdrawing from Paypal. It's my very first transaction so I am not sure if that is somehow associated with this experience.

you may want to ask your bank if anyone has success transferring fund from Paypal?

I am good now, I appreciate all the help and response there. I called their hotline at +1-402-935-2080. Everything needs to be verified first prior getting things smoothly flowing.

Alas! 🙂

It's registered in the Philippines as I have no bank credentials attached in any US bank.
