BPI Bank of the Philippine Islands - No Service Fee or Withdrawal Fee

Is it real? Guys can you confirm this? I withdraw twice this month from PayPal to my BPI Account and there's no additional fee unlike before! This is very helpful. Sayang din kasi ang laki ng bawas ni BPI dati.
