I've had a Paypal account since their begining. Joined in 1999. Not sure what's happening but my positive balance account - with a MC credit/debit card will not allow me to purchase alcohol at CVS. I found no restrictions on my account and I'm currenty on hold now 30 minutes. Not sure if this is a CVS, Paypal or both. Remember the days when you could only spend $75 -$100 limit at the gas pump? I get the restriction on student cards but I've made similar purchases prior, just not the last few months. How can I change restrictions or what the heck happened?
