Trying to remove bank and card

I'm trying to remove my old bank account and my card because I'm going to leave regions bank so time this week. I already added my new bank account so I would like it if anything that is being charged would be charged to the new bank instead of the old bank.

Go to the Wallet page and select the new bank on the left, then on the right, click the grey star to make it orange star so your new bank account is your preferred payment method for online purchases.  Then click your old bank on the left, and remove the old bank account.

You can also select your payment method other than your bank if you want everytime you check out.  So always double check your payment method in the Review Your Payment page before you submit your order.

I did but after making a payment it didn't show that I paid in none of the accounts and I didn't have any money on PayPal
