I have a problem transfering back some money from an UK PayPal accound to another PayPal account which is registered in E.U.Transfer was made in order to purchase something from ebay.Purchase did not take place anymore so I would like to use the money otherwise.Also the above mentioned account even beeing funded does not make payments to some other sites.What could be the cause?Thanks.
