my payment still says it’s pending. i had contacted paypal and polo more than once and i still haven’t received an answer.

Are there any details provided in the transaction details page about why exactly it's pending? Sometimes this could be from a request for tracking information that hasn't been fulfilled, for example.

it says: “This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when US Polo Assn completes your order.” i just want to make sure my order went through, because i need it by next saturday.

Ok, that means the seller has run an Authorization on your card, but they have completed the Capture process, so the funds have not been moved yet.  They are going to need to complete that process in order for the payment to complete.  If they don't ever run the Capture then the Authorization will eventually expire and the funds will be made available to your account again.  I would recommend following up with the seller and make sure they get the payment captured to avoid delays.
