Transaction case not canceled when asked?

Hi, I had a case filed and I realized it was a mistake that is going to potentially put some payment accounts at risk. I tried canceling it earlier this weekend and it said it did cancel. Now I just got a email saying the case was completed and I am not in MAJOR risk of my payment accounts being **bleep** up. Please help!
