Dear PayPal Support!

 

I having a problem with Top Up service, because on 2016.dec.21. i was sended some money from my bank account to my paypal account, but the money is not recived yet. It's very frustrating. I sended e-mail two times and a facebook message to your support, but I have not received any response yet. Please tell me what can i do at this point, because i'm very angry about this.

where are you,what currency ,is your bank account verified?

Hungary, I sended to EUR and yes verified.

if you are in Hungary ,your local currency is not euro.

Are you transferring fund from a local bank account denominated in Euro $ to your Paypal account?

Is your Paypal account in Euro or Hungarian currency?

check your setting to see if you can hold foreign currency and what foreign currency?

also there is a conversion fee charged by Paypal .

About one or two month ago I was top up the same bank account in euro to my paypal, and it all worked properly!

On the website https://www.paypal.com/gb/home they advertise with "24/7 customer support". But the support is neither 24 nor 7! There is no support at all!
