Dear PayPal Support!   I having a problem with Top Up service, because on 2016.dec.21. i was sended some money from my bank account to my paypal account, but the money is not recived yet. It's very frustrating. I sended e-mail two times and a facebook message to your support, but I have not received any response yet.
