I just want to check out my item on a Web call Therealreal. When I clicked the "place my order " button, the web just in error and it broke. Then I receive the email for Paypal that I made a payment form this website just now. I check my cart, my item is still in the cart, it didnt sold at all, but paypal have charged me for that price. I believe this mistakes must be did by that web error.
So what should I do right now? I need help guys. Thanks.
Contact the web store where you purchased. It seems it was there error and they should be able to fix it. Hopefully you reviewed the credentials of the store before you made the purchase and found the store to be a reputable and reliable place to do business.
If you don't receive your item after a week or so file a dispute with PayPal for non-receipt.
