So, recently, I purchased an item on eBay, through PayPal, using a Vanilla Gift Card. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged. The seller was really nice about it and issued me a full refund, and told me to not bother returning it.
A few days ago, I got a notification saying that the refund had cleared. I checked my balance on the Vanilla website... and it wasn't there. No report of it at all.
PayPal says the refund went through, but no matter what, I don't have access to the money I was given. Can someone help me sort this out? I won an auction today (that I bid on before this whole fiasco) and I'd like to pay with the refunded money as soon as possible, so as not to keep the seller waiting.
