I just added two $25 Vanilla Prepaird Cards to my wallet and confirmed them (PayPal charges each card $2.45, sends you a confirmation code, you enter the code on Paypal's website, and then you're supposed to be refunded the confirmation fee). But when I check the balances on my prepaid cards, it shows only $22.55 on each. When will I be refunded? And also, is it possible to use both cards on a $135 purchase and pay the rest via my linked bank account?
