I want to do a transaction that is in dollars through PayPal. I want to know that. Will PayPal send me a paper statement of that transaction at my address? or PayPal will send it to my Email.

If you're referring to a PayPal Credit transaction that you've made, you would only receive a paper statement if you've requested that be sent every month. Otherwise, you would be notified via email when your payment is due. Otherwise, PayPal would not send paper statements for pretty much anything else.
