Same Charge on Credit Card and on PayPalCredit

Hi, 

I noticed that one of my monthly charges is on both of my bank statements and on my PayPal Credit statements.

Both statements read the same title on the same date and for the same amount.

Except my Bank Statements read "PP" at the front of the charge title.

Does this mean I am being charged twice? Or if I pay one, the other will go away?

Wondering why this may happen? I do not want to pay for the same monthly bill twice.

Did you just pay your PayPal Credit with your bank funds?

no I have two of the same charge, with same amount, date, title, across both statements (Paypal and Bank)
