Request return shipping refund

Hi,

I saw on the internet that I can request to refund my shipping cost, but I can't find it anywhere? Where is it? Any help? Advice? Thank You.

You can only request refund from the site if the label was voided within 48 of the purchase and unused.  Beyond that, contact customer service and they might consider giving you a one time courtesy refund.  Next time you have to remember to void your label as soon as possible and within 48 hours.
