I have someone that refunded me for a purchase I made from her on a FB site. She gave numerous reasons why she never sent it and I just asked for a refund because of all of the hassle. I paid $16 even. She sent me money instead of refunding it I believe and fees were taken out. What I am concerned about is now it appears that I sold her something and she could be protected. How do I rectify this situation so I am protected?

File a dispute for non receipt of item, as the seller did not use the refund option he can't prove he refunded you and you should get a proper refund.
Then you can 'refund' the sent payment.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
