I was supposed to receive a refund to my paypal account on 8/10/2017 from Groupon.  My account does not show any refunds.  I contacted groupn and they assured me that my refund was successful and i was told to contact paypay.  Is there a customer service phone number?

Yes, you can find the customer support info in your account - select Help.  (Note, the forum software does not permit posted phone numbers.)
