Hi. I purchased an item on Ebay with my Amex. Seller refunded me to PayPal. I cannot find this refund on my account anywhere and it was refunded a few days ago. What am I doing wrong? Or what is my next step?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
