Actually, there are 2 questions:
1. My payment via PayPal from a credit card was not completed and refunded based on PayPal communication, but my credit card statement does not have this refund (only payment). Thus there is a first question - where is this refunded amount?
2. After the above mentioned fail of payment I made a payment once more and now it was higher as a fee of around 3 EUR was taken. What is the reason for it? Why less than a month ago there was no fee and now, for the same amount and payment conditions, there is a fee?
