I was given a refund on a transaction yesterday and it's showing on my paypal statement but it shows a zero balance in my wallet. Why? I can't transfer the refund to my bank without a balance in my wallet.
I'm in the same boat as you, received refund of £11 but PP balance is £0.00 I haven't made any transactions to use this balance up and besides I've got £2.99 in the bank associated with PayPal, I'm wondering if PP are theiving from their users? Did you get your refund?
