Recent account activity missing

I am unable to see my recent transaction history. Is anyone else having this issue? I have called and was told it was being work on. That was 3 days ago now.

Used PayPal for receiving 3 payments on 12/30/16, and no Activity displays at all. Upon doing a search 1 year it only shows purchases from 12/29/15 and earlier. What is going on? Customer service just says it's a known issue and they can see the transactions. This is their core business, getting this right and not causing us to feel on edge about the safety of their site.

Amen regarding security!
This "known issue" has been "being worked on" for nearly a month now, this most recent time...if you go back through the threads in regard to this issue, you will see the same concerns brought up in early December 2016.
Completely unbelievable and irresponsible on PayPal's part...just keep taking our money and offering absolutely no confidence in your product!

A work around is to go to www.PayPal.com/history and you can see everything missing (all of 2016 for me). The bug is being worked on CS said this morning.

Yes, It looks like I have two accounts, and I called and I need a one time pass code, so I didn't get to talk to anyone. But I show NO HISTORY. Really upset.
