Hi.
We are a team of people who provide design services to our clients and receive payments from authorized freelancing portals. However, recently one of our new client willing to pay us directly in PayPal for the services which we will provide. The project is quite long 3-4 months, what if client provide upfront payment and we delivered all services to him/her and later on he/she raised did chargeback, how do I protect ourselves from that? What proof or documentation do we need to maintain so that we feel monatery secured.
Please guide.
