So I have 17.70 and im trying to send it to a different account. It keeps saying I cant so then I contacted customer support twice. They couldnt even help me the first time they shut it in my face. The second time I called the lady said that it was the security system and she said I cant send it with my paypal balance and to try to contact the seller and pay a different way. I cant evem do that. So I have 17.70$ in my paypal and I cant use them. The customer support didnt help at all, I am so frustrated. If you can help me out with a way to send the money or something please reply.
