Email stating something different then paypal about a transaction

I have received an email twice now telling me that a recent transfer of funds from my bank was declined by my bank. The problem I have is that the transaction didnt even transfer form my bank it came from my paypal balance and it shows it in the transaction and that it was completed on the day I did it (Jan. 16, 2018).

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with the emails you're receiving. It sounds like there may be a discrepancy between the email you're receiving and what's on your PayPal account. I would advise contacting us so that we can help get everything figured out. Hopefully this is resolved soon!
