Problem With Sending Or Receiving Money!

Hi,I am getting this error! What's the fix? My account type is business.But still I can't send money to anyone in India or Internationally..

India has a lot of restrictions. You can't 'send' or 'receive' payments within your own country.

You can only do so internationally.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
