Preappved purchase?

I just got an email receipt for a payment to a vendor I ordered from 3 months ago. Apparently I was enrolled in a automatic order/billin payment cycle where the first notification I get is after the bill has been paid. I cancelled the approval for future payments. So now is there any way to stop this order befor eit shipps and cancel the billing?

Hey rjgeyer1,

 

If the payment has already completed the only way to have it refunded and the shipment stopped would be to reach out to the seller or merchant directly. They can cancel the order on their end and ensure nothing is shipped and the funds are returned. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
