Hi, I would like to ask the following, pardon if my question is not very clear - is there such debit (plastic copy) card solution as with Skrill where you have a card connected to your PayPal funds and can pay or withdraw money anywhere in the world?
If there is, where could I place an order request for issuing such card within the PayPal system?
